TWO-COMPONENT 100% SOLIDS POLYURETHANE SYSTEM
ACE PRIMERFLEX PLUS is an elastic and 100% solids two-component polyurethane system designed to be used as primer and sealer for porous substrates (concrete, mortar, wood,…) and sandblasted steel, before the application of PUR or polyurea spray coatings. In addition to being an adhesion promoter, it is used as a sealant for small cracks and pores to prevent pin holes and as an effective binder for bituminous asphalt sheets with mineral finish It also has a low sensitivity to substrate moisture, leaving only minimal bubbling when applied to slightly damp surfaces.
Due to its low viscosity, ACE PRIMERFLEX PLUS shows an excellent penetration to the substrates it is applied to and can be recoated from 3h to 24h.

Primers
