100% PURE AROMATIC POLYUREA, HIGH ELONGATION.
ACE PU-100 HE is a 100% pure aromatic polyurea waterproofing system with high elongation, which is applied with hot spray equipment forming a continuous and elastic membrane with excellent mechanical properties.
Its two components, which are mixed ‘in situ’, react in seconds to form a 100% solids coating, which is environmentally friendly as it does not contain solvents (VOCs) or CFCs.
Due to its fast curing time, it can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces, no matter how uneven they are, and in any thickness in a single application.
The system performs excellently in very humid environments, resists thermal shock and maintains elongation even at temperatures below 0oC. It allows Class 3 anti-slip finish according to the Technical Building Code (CTE) in accordance with ENV 12633:2003, with the addition of mineral or plastic aggregates.

Polyureas are synthetic polymers obtained from the reaction of two components, a diisocyanate with a diamine. Processed ‘in situ’ with hot high-pressure equipment, they form a continuous membrane in seconds, 100% solids (they do not contain solvents or CFCs), with excellent chemical and mechanical performance.
