ACE PUR-200 FR
TWO-COMPONENT PURE AROMATIC POLYUREA
Pure aromatic polyurea system that is applied with hot spray equipment to form a continuous, waterproof and elastic membrane with high elongation and resistance to traction and wear. Its two components, which are mixed ‘in situ’, react in seconds to become a 100% solids coating, without causing any harm to the environment as it does not contain solvents (VOCs) or CFCs.
Due to its fast curing time, it can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces, no matter how irregular they may be, in any thickness and colour from the RAL chart, and with good results when applied in very humid environments and at low and high temperatures. ACE PUR-200 FR has excellent fire resistance and is classified as BFl S1.

polyurea membranes
Polyureas are synthetic polymers obtained from the reaction of two components, a diisocyanate with a diamine. Processed ‘in situ’ with hot high-pressure equipment, they form a continuous membrane in seconds, 100% solids (they do not contain solvents or CFCs), with excellent chemical and mechanical performance.
