Construction
ACE Coatings systems for the construction sector are environmentally friendly and provide efficient and durable solutions for waterproofing, thermal insulation, encapsulation or flooring.
Our speciality is polyurea, a technology that allows us to produce elastomers with excellent mechanical properties, good bacteriological behaviour and high chemical resistance that form continuous, waterproof and elastic membranes even at temperatures below 0ºC .
Over the years our products have been chosen for very important and, in many cases complicated, projects by renowned architects and engineers, such as Santiago Calatrava, Richard Fenwick, Cesar Pelli, Lacaton and Vassal, Ayesa, Idom or Gomez Platero, among others.
We are proud to say that many of these projects have been in service for more than 20 years without requiring corrective maintenance.

ACE ACUSTICFLEX is an efficient acoustic insulation coating, even at low thicknesses, for roller or airless application.
Our coatings allow the creation of continuous, waterproof and non-slip flooring with high mechanical properties and chemical resistance.
They can be applied both indoors and outdoors in any colour and thickness to create:
- Sports floors which, due to their high resilience, do not encourage injuries.
- Continuous flooring for industrial use, hygienic and highly resistant to abrasion, impact or chemical attack.
- Pavements with pedestrian or road traffic with high resistance to hydrocarbon or salt spillage and permeability to CO2.
Polyurea-based floorings are flexible, very fast curing and comply with UNE-EN 1504-2.

The epoxy-based floorings have high hardness, allow multi-layers and are self-levelling.

Industrial activity and environmental factors such as water, wind or salinity can cause wear and corrosion to their structures, resulting in irremediable or costly deterioration.
To repair or extend the service life of buildings, hydraulic structures, bridges or waste water treatment plants, efficient coatings will be needed to protect against corrosion, wear, impact or chemical attack.
ACE TOTAL SHIELD coatings are capable of offering this protection and, in repair projects, shortening downtime by applying quickly and allowing for an almost immediate return to service, providing solutions for:
- Encapsulation of fiber cement with our ACE ENCAPSULACE system
- Encapsulation of buried structures against RADON GAS
- Anti-corrosion protection of steel or concrete structures
- Anti-abrasion coating of buildings in areas subject to strong winds and sand
